The hotel is right in Koreatown, at the heart of Midtown Manhattan, making it super convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The rooms are not as spacious as depicted in the photos, and some lacked basic amenities like soap and shampoo. The service was amazing and very helpful, but the dining options were less than basic with limited choices. Despite the room size and amenities issue, the location and service truly stand out.
